- Take I-95 NORTH thru the Hampton, NH toll booth and continue to Portsmouth, NH;
- Take EXIT 5, US RT.1 BYPASS; as you come into the roundabout, you will go half-way around to US Rt. 1 ByPass NORTH (toward Maine)
- Get off at the MAPLEWOOD AVE EXIT, and turn RIGHT onto Maplewood Ave; As Maplewood Ave. goes thru downtown Portsmouth, it turns into MIDDLE STREET;
- Take LEFT onto STATE STREET/US RT. 1;
- Take FIRST RIGHT onto CHESTNUT STREET;
- 96 CHESNUT STREET is on the right.
From the North - Maine:
- Take I-95 SOUTH to New Hampshire;
- After going over the high rise bridge from Maine into New Hampshire, Take the first exit - EXIT 7 MARKET STREET/WOODBURY AVE;
- Take LEFT off exit ONTO MARKET STREET;
- Follow Market Street into downtown; At Hanover Street Stop sign, go straight thru and bear right remaining on Market Street to Market Square;
- Take RIGHT AT MARKET SQUARE onto Congress Street/US RT 1 SOUTH;
- Go thru one traffic light (at Fleet Street) to traffic light at MIDDLE STREET;
- TAKE LEFT ONTO MIDDLE STREET;
- TAKE NEXT LEFT ONTO STATE STREET;
- TAKE FIRST RIGHT onto CHESTNUT STREET;
- 96 CHESNUT STREET is on the right.
From the North - Lakes Region/White Mountains Region:
- Take RT. 16 SOUTH/SPAULDING TURNPIKE;
- After going over the Bridge from Dover to Portsmouth (over Great Bay) and PAST Pease Tradeport exit, BE SURE TO STAY TO THE LEFT AND REMAIN ON RT. 16 SOUTH TO THE PORTSMOUTH TRAFFIC CIRCLE - DO NOT TAKE I-95 SOUTH;
- Enter the Roundabout and go 3/4's around the circle to US Rt. 1 ByPass NORTH (toward Maine);
- Get off at the MAPLEWOOD AVE EXIT, and turn RIGHT onto Maplewood Ave; As Maplewood Ave. goes thru downtown Portsmouth, it turns into MIDDLE STREET;
- Take LEFT onto STATE STREET/US RT. 1;
- Take FIRST RIGHT onto CHESTNUT STREET;
- 96 CHESNUT STREET is on the right.
From the West:
- Take RT. 101 EAST toward the Seacoast;
- Take Exit 12 - I-95 NORTH (Toll Road) and continue to Portsmouth, NH;
- Take EXIT 5, US RT.1 BYPASS; as you come into the roundabout, you will go half-way around to US Rt. 1 ByPass NORTH (toward Maine)
- Get off at the MAPLEWOOD AVE EXIT, and turn RIGHT onto Maplewood Ave; As Maplewood Ave. goes thru downtown Portsmouth, it turns into MIDDLE STREET;
- Take LEFT onto STATE STREET/US RT. 1;
- Take LEFT onto STATE STREET/US RT. 1; Take FIRST RIGHT onto CHESTNUT STREET;
